MasterSense was present at the 22nd edition of Food Ingredients South America, bringing Innovation, Knowledge and new Partnerships, with its extremely motivated and dedicated team to customers, the company’s trademark in all its events.

With more than 20 prototypes, MasterSense introduced its customers to the versatility of its portfolio that meets the growing demand of consumers who seek healthiness without sacrificing taste and quality. Covering several food applications, the highlights were protein products (with dairy proteins and/or soy proteins), sugar reduction claims through flavor modulators and stevias, and applications with collagen.

In addition, MasterSense reinforced its commitment to disseminate Knowledge to the market through MS Sessions, short technical lectures given by experts from its renowned partners. All lectures given were focused on the health trend and were very well evaluated by the participants.

FiSA 2018 was also a great opportunity to reinforce the communication of its recent partnerships: PureCircle, a global leader in the production of high purity stevia extracts, and Rousselot, a global leader in gelatines and collagen peptides.
